Caythorpe House - Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions of reservation below. By making a reservation you are entering into an agreement with us. We have endeavoured to explain these terms and conditions in plain English.
Reservations and Deposits
A Reservation must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card and a deposit is taken to secure the booking. A deposit of your first nights stay is due for reservations of 2 or 3 nights. A deposit of £200 is required for stays of 4 nights or longer.
Arrival and Departure
Personal check-in is available between 4pm and 6pm. Key safe check-in is available from 2pm until 10pm. Check-in later than 10pm must be agreed with us in advance.
14 days or less before arrival date. The full accommodation cost will be liable for payment.
14 – 30 days. 50% of accommodation cost will be liable for payment.
30 – 60 days. No penalties.
Children: We are unable to cater for children under the age of 10.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking: Caythorpe House is a non smoking establishment. It is classed as a public place and therefore it is illegal to smoke on the premises. Any guest who is found to be smoking or have smoked in the room will be charged for cleaning and sanitising the room. You are welcome to smoke on our garden bench we have situated to the front of our house.
Guests may park their car in our car park (at the rear of Caythorpe House) for the duration of their stay on a first come, first served basis. No on-site car parking is available for our single rooms. Free parking is available nearby. All cars are left at owner’s risk. Due to space considerations large vans are asked to park off-site.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Behaviour or noise levels judged unacceptable may result in the termination of the reservation without refund. Statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health and safety must be strictly observed by our guests. Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to the guest is limited to the price of the booking. Guests will be charged for any damage caused. Complaints regarding the stay should be made in writing within 90 days.
Number of floors: Ground Floor and 1st Floor
Support for the Mobility Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Support for the Visually Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Support for the Hearing Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Confirmation of a booking by you is deemed acceptance of these terms.
